What Is Flax Seed Oil

Flax seed is 1/3 oil, and the rest of it is made up of fiber, protein, and mucilage. Flax seed oil is a rich source of essential fatty acids – it contains alpha linolenic acid, omega 3 essential fatty acid, and omega 6 essential fatty acid, and flax seed oil contains these 3 EFA’s in just the right proportions. Garlic has been used in my family to lower blood pressure and to maintain clean arteries or help remove mild clogging from the arteries. My grandmother used to make a tincture of garlic and called it “garlic essence”.

I thought maybe some of you would give it a try, so here goes the recipe!

Hungarian Garlic Essence Recipe

Take 2/3 pound (or 30 dkg) of peeled garlic and 300 ml of Ethyl Alcohol (96%).

Peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press, then put the resulting ground garlic in a glass container with a strong lid.

Pour the alcohol on top of it, then put aside and let it stand for 10 days, shaking it up a little every day.

On the tenth day you can drain it through a clean cheesecloth and then pour the fluid – the garlic “essence” – in a bottle that has a tight cap.

Chlorella

What is Chlorella?
Chlorella is single cell green algae. It is part of the phylum Chlorophyta family. It contains ten times the amount of beta carotene found in carrots and has a higher chlorophyll content than any other plant known. Chlorophyll is an essential compound for photosynthesis, the process by which plants convert light into chemical energy. It is rich in vitamin B12 and other B vitamins and is considered as super-food.
